Terms of Service

Propr aggregates public and licensed data about U.S. residential properties and applies proprietary models to produce informational scores and reports. The Service is provided for general informational purposes to help you research properties.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. The free tier provides a full report on a home you verify you own, plus one free sample report on any other property. Additional full reports on properties you do not own require a paid plan.

When you claim a property, you represent that you have a good-faith basis to assert ownership. Self-attested claims grant immediate access to that property's report and may be reviewed. Submitting false ownership claims is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Scores and reports are estimates generated from third-party and modeled data, which may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Propr does not guarantee the accuracy of any score, estimate, or data point. The Service is not a substitute for a professional home inspection, appraisal, title search, survey, or legal, financial, or insurance advice. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any real-estate, lending, or insurance decision.

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data except as expressly permitted by your plan; not to reverse-engineer our proprietary models; and not to use the Service to harass, discriminate, or violate any applicable law, including the Fair Housing Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Propr reports are not consumer reports and may not be used for tenant screening, employment, credit, or insurance eligibility decisions governed by the FCRA.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Structr Score™, Sheltr Score™, Sentr Score™, and HLID™ are proprietary to Propr. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own property research.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propr and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
